Sun Microsystems (Professional Services): Brought product management and marketing disciplines to a business where none previously existed. Hired and managed a team of 12 Product Managers. Created a portfolio of service products for Sun Professional Services and created a $100 million annual business.

Hitachi Data Systems (Servers): Created the strategy for HDS to enter a new market segment:  enterprise UNIX servers. Defined product features and built the business case to secure investment funding from the parent company to create a new $300 million annual business.
